Moving an office is a plan, not an improvisation. We move offices, practices and business premises in The Hague and the surrounding area, and if it has to be done at the weekend, work carries on again on Monday.
Beforehand: survey and plan
We come and look, count workstations, metres of archive and any special equipment, and turn that into a plan: who does what, when the van arrives, which room goes first. You get one point of contact who guides the whole process.
On the day itself
Workstations are numbered so that every desk ends up in the right room at the new location. Archives go into closed boxes, IT equipment is packed separately. Whatever has to be dismantled comes apart and is rebuilt in its new place.
What else we can take on
Furniture that cannot go yet can be stored with us temporarily. If the old premises must be handed over empty and clean, we handle the clearance and the cleaning. That way you deal with one company only.
